Ten disciplines, one standard of care

Every session is fifty minutes and tailored at the table. Enhancements can be added to any of them; our therapists will ask before you begin.

Swedish

The very foundation of Westernized massage, done properly: long, flowing strokes that quiet the nervous system and coax circulation back into tired limbs. This is the session for a first visit, a stressful season, or simply because it has been too long.

  • Eases everyday tension and stress
  • Improves circulation and sleep quality
  • Gentle enough for first-timers, deep enough to matter

Deep Tissue

A therapist's hands pressing slow, deliberate strokes into a client's shoulder in warm candlelight.

Slow, deliberate pressure into the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. For the knots that have taken up residence: the desk-work shoulders, the commuter's lower back, the tension that a regular massage skims past.

  • Targets chronic muscle tension and adhesions
  • Restores range of motion
  • Pressure calibrated with you, stroke by stroke

Trigger Point

Sustained, precise pressure on the specific knots that send pain somewhere else: the shoulder that lights up the neck, the hip that aches all the way down the leg. We work the source rather than the symptom, one point at a time.

  • Finds the knot behind the referred pain
  • Focused pressure, held until the tissue lets go
  • Ideal for a recurring ache that keeps returning

Hot Stone

Warm basalt stones resting along a client's back, candlelight catching the oil's sheen.

Heated basalt laid along the body and worked slowly through deep tension. The warmth opens muscle before a hand ever presses hard, and leaves it looser, warmer, and quieter than pressure alone ever could.

  • Heat penetrates where hands can't
  • Muscle opens before the deeper work begins
  • Our signature session, and our most requested

Cold Stone

Chilled marble drawn over hot, irritated tissue. Where heat opens muscle, cold settles it: swelling comes down, a pounding head quiets, and an overworked shoulder stops radiating. Ask for it after a hard week of training, a long flight, or an injury that's still too tender for deep pressure.

  • Takes heat and swelling out of the area
  • Relief for headaches and a hot, tight neck
  • Gentle on tissue that's too sore to press

Himalayan Salt Stone

Hand-carved salt stones, warmed and drawn slowly over tired muscle. The heat travels further than hands alone, the minerals leave skin softer than they found it, and the whole session lands somewhere between a massage and a long exhale.

  • Mineral-rich warmth that grounds and softens
  • Deeply calming without deep pressure
  • A gentler companion to our hot stone session

Cupping Therapy

Glass cupping vessels along the upper back, each catching a ring of golden candlelight.

Gentle suction lifts fascia and draws fresh blood into tissue that pressure alone can't reach. An ancient technique, applied with modern precision, for stubborn tightness and slow-healing strain.

  • Releases fascia that resists direct pressure
  • Improves local circulation and recovery
  • Often combined with deep tissue work

Reflexology

Slow, deliberate pressure held on specific points rather than long strokes worked across muscle. Reflexology rests on the idea that certain points answer for the rest of the body, so the session is quieter than a massage: less oil, less movement, far more patience. Guests tend to leave it unusually settled.

  • Held point pressure instead of broad strokes
  • A quieter session than a full-body massage
  • A good place to start if deep pressure isn't for you

Assisted Stretching

You lie still and we do the moving. The therapist carries each limb slowly through its range, pausing where the muscle finally gives, then asking for a little more on the next pass. It lengthens the shortened hamstrings and locked-up hips that no amount of pressure will talk into letting go.

  • Gives back range a desk and a commute quietly take
  • The therapist holds the stretch so you don't have to
  • Good on its own, better the week after deep tissue

Prenatal

Side-lying, fully bolstered, and paced for a body doing two jobs at once. Our therapists are trained for every trimester, easing the lower back, hips, and swelling that come with the work of carrying.

  • Safely supported positioning at every stage
  • Relief for lower back, hips, and swelling
  • Pressure and pacing adjusted throughout
Book Prenatal
